myHealthFolders is an electronic personal health record developed by BJC HealthCare that allows you to store and organize medical information for you and your family members online. It is a convenient, confidential, secure and free web-based tool for managing personal health information. It also allows secure, instant access to that information which can be especially important in an emergency.

How it works:

1. Set up a secure, password-protected account -- enter enrollment code P86117

2. Enter personal information, emergency contacts, health care providers, insurance information and health history for yourself and family members

3. Print a medical emergency card to carry with you so medical personnel can have immediate access to your information or print your detailed health history report and bring it to your physician appointments
